Book Fair Volunteer Form

April 18-21, 2011
Volunteers are needed! Please consider helping when your child's class is scheduled. If you can only help for a portion of the shift - no problem. Here are the different dates and what to expect:

• 4/15 initial setup involving moving carts, emptying boxes, setting up displays and decorating.
• 4/18-4/21 is mainly assisting the students with book purchases during classroom visits. The younger children need the most help.
• 4/19 Evening book fair is for floor help and a team of people to work the registers.
• 4/21 Take down consists of loading books into boxes and moving the carts out of the library. Take down goes very quickly.
