Executive Board

Secretary: Vickie Kilgore Holish & Karen Applehoff

Consists of a President, a First Vice President, a Second Vice President, a Treasurer, and a Secretary. All positions except Treasurer may be co-chaired. Officers are elected at the General PTB meeting each May. The Board determines dates for general meetings; develops a proposed budget for the Organization; records minutes of meetings, determines fundraisers and plans activities for parents and children.

Ice Cream Social

Organizes a back to school welcome for all new and returning parents to inform parents of the school years' events and encourage involvement in these events.

Walkathon

Cathy Grosam

PTB's main fundraiser. Children will walk around the school, and collect money for the school from friends and family.

Harvest Night

Jamie Brown

A fun family event, usually held the Friday evening before Halloween.

Bingo Night

School-wide event held during school hours. Kids play games, run relays etc.

Birthday Bookbash

Lucy Lefever & Nadine Torino

Assist principal once a month in gathering students to come to the library to select his/her birthday book.

Campbell Soup Labels/General Mills Boxtops

Brandy Carberry & Joe LaPorte

Collects and redeems Campbell Soup labels for school equipment and General Mills boxtops for cash remittance.

Chess Club

Missy Dunne

Helps with school chess club.

Citizen of the Month

Jennifer Jusko & Jamie Brown

Assist the principal once a month in ordering, serving, and cleaning up the lunch with the principal for students.

Directory / Volunteer Database

Laurie Ruhlin

Compiles annual PTB directory and volunteer database.

Flower Sale

Renee Jimenez

Coordinates spring flower sale.

Junior Achievement

Lisa Killough

Coordinates volunteers for Junior Achievement program.

Market Day

Submits Market Day orders and coordinates volunteers for monthly delivery day.

Outdoor Sign

Puts up messages on marquee.

Red Ribbon Week

Handles seasonal decorating of school exterior, organizes volunteers to improve school appearance.

School Supplies Kit

Coordinates annual grade level supply lists with Principal and staff. Handles sale and distribution of kits.
