Harvest Night 2010
Join your BES friends and family for an evening of fun and entertainment Friday, October 29 from 5:00-8:30 pm. This year, we are having a Harvest Night Luau, a salute to the traditional Hawaiian harvest celebration. Featured performers will be The Aloha Chicago Dancers (http://www.alohachicago.com).
Most of the favorite Harvest Night traditions will also be here, including 10 rooms of crafts and games, Cake Walk, Dance Revolution, Face Painting, Tattoos, Costume Contest, and the Totally Wicked Raffle.
Enjoy tasty food and Drinks: Pizza, Hot Dogs, Italian Beef, Chip, Punch / Water.
Entrance is free. Some of the games have a small fee (tickets are .25 each and can be purchased at the door). Food tickets may also be purchased at the door. Please bring cash, as we cannot process credit cards.

COSTUME CONTEST
Do you dare to be a participant in our thrilling Halloween costume contest?
Contestants will be broken down by grade levels as follows:
- Kindergarten
- 1st & 2nd Grade
- 3rd & 4th Grade
- 5th & 6th Grade
Costumes will be judged in the following categories:
- Coolest
- Cutest
- Funniest
- Prettiest
- Scariest
- Silliest
- Weirdest
- Most Original
- Most Outrageous
- Most Unique
- Honorable Mention
- Overall Best
Costumes should not consist of any gore, blood, chains, masks or weapons, and must be age appropriate. You may wear makeup/face paint. Be sure to check in to the costume judging room (located in the Library), between 5pm and 6:30pm to be judged. Costume winners will be announced on the following Monday, at school.

This years raffle is truly an exciting one! You can win one of many valuable prizes! You may also enter our “Pie a Teacher Raffle and win a chance to throw a pie in the face of one of our school’s teachers! Watch for prize and ticket information coming soon!
