Harvest Night 2009

Join your BES friends and family for an evening of fun and entertainment Friday, October 30 from 5:00-8:30 pm. This year we are featuring John Measner, Magician and Illusionist and his live animal show.

Participate in our Totally Wicked Raffle to win cool prizes, including the chance to Pie a Teacher! Raffle tickets are $1 each or five for $6. And you can purchase them before the event by sending in tickets and payment with your student. The list of amazing prizes and printable raffle tickets can found in this PDF flyer.

Enter our Costume Contest (remember: costumes should be age appropriate and not include gore, masks, or weapons). Details about the costume contest are included in the attached PDF flyer below.

• Dance Dance Revolution
• Face Painting and Tatoos

Enjoy tasty food and cold drinks! Hot dogs, pizza, chips, popcorn, s'mores and pop/water will be available.

Cake Walk Donations

Do you love to bake or know someone who does? Maybe you know a great bakery? We are looking for delicious contributions such as cookies, cakes or donuts. Donations may be dropped off at the front office during school hours on Friday, October 30th. We ask that donations such as cookies be divided up into smaller portions and placed in separate containers or on plates that do not need to be returned to you. If you need assistance, the volunteers will be happy to help. Due to severe allergies, please avoid all peanut products. All contributions are appreciated!
