Trunk or Treat - October

Join the families of Bartlett Elementary for a fun Trunk or Treat event in the BES parking lot (rear of school) in October.  Dress up and enjoy goodies and fall fun!

Event is open to all Bartlett Elementary Families.

Trunk or Treat Vehicles are needed each year, so watch for sign-ups and be one of the prized theme winners! Volunteers will also be needed before, during and after the event.

Scholastic Book Fairs - Fall / Spring

PTB hosts both a Fall and a Spring Book Fair at Bartlett Elementary.  These book fairs help PTB to not only fundraise for our school, but also enables the organization to provide new books for both the library and classroom libraries.

Thank you again to all our volunteers, teachers and staff who helped make the 2024 Spring Book Fair a success! Here's what our Spring Fair accomplished:

  • Raised $2,000 dollars for future PTB activities

  • Supported 20 teachers and classrooms with new books for their class

  • Provided our school library with over $200 in books

  • Provided our front office waiting area with books

  • Book Fairy/PTB were able to provide select students with books to keep

  • Book prizes for our classroom student raffle

  • Raised around $2,500 in Scholastic dollars to support our teachers and students for next year's Fall Book Fair

A note about e-Wallets: With the Spring 2023 Book Fair closed, remaining eWallet funds become a gift card balance. This balance can be used online at any time with Scholastic, or, use them at the Fall 2023 Book Fair to fund your next eWallet!

*A quick reminder that you have to set up a new eWallet at each book fair.

Villa Olivia Family Night - Winter

PTB plans an outing for our Bartlett Elementary families in the winter.

Most recently, we have hosted a family tubing night out at Villa Olivia for an evening of winter fun and hot chocolate. Tickets were available for purchase first come, first served. Stay tuned for winter events this coming year!

Ties and Tiaras - Spring

PTB hosts an annual themed dance for Bartlett Elementary students and their special grown-up. The dance includes a DJ, prize raffle, light refreshments and a keepsake photograph, professionally taken by a local photographer.

Our dance committee needs volunteers to assist with the planning, preparation (calling all crafters!) and execution of the dance.  Whether you're the behind-the-scenes creative type, or enjoy chaperoning, PTB has a volunteer role for you!
